If unavailable, you will receive a full refund.

5. Delivery

We currently deliver within the UK only. Delivery charges and estimated times are set out on our website. Once dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email. Responsibility for goods transfers to you upon delivery. If delivery is delayed by events outside our control, we will notify you. We are not liable for such delays, but if there is a risk of substantial delay you may cancel for a full refund. Shortages or damage must be reported within 14 days of delivery for replacement, repair, or refund.

You may return items within 14 days of receipt for a refund. Items must be unused, in saleable condition, with original packaging and tags attached. Returns & Refunds Policy

How to Return

1. Complete the Returns Form available on our website.
2. Pack the item securely with the form inside.
3. Send the item back to us at the address on the form.
4. Keep your proof of postage—we cannot refund lost parcels.

Refunds

You have 14 days from delivery to return an item. Items must be unworn, unused, in original packaging, with all tags attached. Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 working days of receiving your return. If items are damaged by handling beyond what is necessary, we may reduce or refuse the refund.

Exchanges

We don’t currently offer exchanges. Please place a new order and return the unwanted item for a refund.

Faulty or Damaged Items

If your item arrives faulty or damaged, let us know within 14 days. We’ll cover return postage and issue a full refund (including shipping costs).

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of underwear, swimwear (if hygiene seal has been removed)
