The Smoking Thrills bag needs to be insured for delivery due to the cost.
Any purchase of the bag will be £7.50
Royal Mail 24 hr Tracked Signature required and photo proof of delivery.
Returns
After you’ve copped it and if you find it’s not your thing, of course you can return it. Our bad, no worries.
All items must be returned within 28 days of receipt of your order with the completed returns form that can be found here. All items must be returned new, unused, unwashed and not damaged in any way with all original tags, labels attached in their original packaging.
Please return your parcel via Royal Mail and please obtain Proof of Postage.

Please ensure you keep Proof of Postage safe until Fated To Pretend has confirmed your refund has been processed, as the item remains the customers property until they are received by
Fated To Pretend. Once we have processed your return we shall send you a confirmation email.
A gentle reminder, returns will take up to 10 working days to be refunded from the date of receiving returned items. Once your item has been received we will inspect the condition and a confirmation email will be sent to the account holder once the refund is processed.
On rare occasions this may take longer if strikes or unforeseen circumstances occur.
